What was meant to be a repair and sand quickly turned into an uplift, new subfloor and newly fitted engineered oak plank floor, having arrived to this job in Jarrow and discovered the asphalt subfloor had failed. We removed the asphalt, rescreeded with Arditex NA, which is a bitumen linking screed, then fitted this lovely new floor. What a hectic week! But we turned up the pace and got this job turned around to cause minimal disruption for our customer.
